MDA for the Community
In preparation for Pesach, tens of thousands of food packages for low-income families were collected by MDA volunteers as part of Operation Kimcha Depsascha. Operation “Kamcha Depascha”, which has become a tradition in Magen David Adom, was held for the 17th year and involved thousands of MDA employees and volunteers of all ages to collect food products for low-income families.

Giving Birth on the Road
Moti Fisher, an MDA EMT ambulance driver from Modi’in Illit, was called on Wednesday last week to evacuate a woman to the hospital. On their way to the delivery room, while arriving at the Ofer checkpoint near Givat Ze’ev, police forces signalled the ambulance to stop at the side of the road.
